Coach D’s in-person Home Habitat Assessment will provide you with actionable ideas of how to best use your existing living space to maximize healthy habits and what you could add to your living space to increase the fitness promoting potential of your home habitat. A thoughtfully designed home habitat can add years to your active life and assist in the gradual correction of biomechanical disfunctions such as a rounded back, stiff shoulders and a general lack of agility.
